Cant get it to run, again!

Starts and locks at the loading screen. Plenty of spare space on iPad Air but same thing every time. Bought at launch and locks got a refund. After the patch I bought it again hoping it was fixed and still the same problem. Little fixes are great but a game that wont run never lets you see them.
