Auro is absolutely worth a look - it is well designed, with interesting monsters and challenging game mechanics - I feel like it is a shining example of a game that is easy to learn, difficult to master.
I do have one technical complaint, and that is that the game sound keeps playing even when my phone is set to mute - I have to turn the volume down if I want to play silently.
For you newcomers, I recommend taking the placement test before your first real game, because the initial levels I found to be trivial and I didnt get to the real game until I hit normal mode - the placement test will let you skip the super-easy stuff.
